The Toyota Online Racing 2025 championship once again proved why it is one of the most intense virtual racing series in the Czech and Slovak scene. Wheel-to-wheel battles, tough collisions, and an unforgiving racing style made for another dramatic event, culminating in three sprint races at Japan’s Okayama Circuit. JJ Racing Team fought hard for valuable points, securing yet another set of strong results.
Intense Sprint Races and a Podium for JJ Racing Team
The races at Okayama featured numerous hard-fought battles and several major crashes, significantly affecting the chances for top finishes. František Kaštovský secured a fantastic 3rd place podium finish in the first sprint, while in the third sprint on a wet track, he claimed a solid 5th place.
Zdeněk Hamák had a challenging start after carrying a penalty from the previous round, forcing him to start the first sprint from the very back of the grid. Unfortunately, a collision with another driver ended his race early. However, in the remaining two sprints, he managed to climb through the field, finishing 9th in the second sprint.
The third sprint introduced another challenge—rain, which caused unexpected incidents and significantly impacted the race. The racing field shuffled, leading to intense battles and surprising moments.

Driver Comments: A Race Full of Dramatic Moments
Zdeněk Hamák:
„Starting from last place was a huge disadvantage because the midfield racing was extremely aggressive, making it difficult to move forward. Unfortunately, in the first sprint, an opponent hit me and sent me into the wall, which ended my race early. The second race was tough again, but I managed to gain several positions. The third race on a wet track was extremely difficult—I tried to drive cautiously, but contact with another driver spun me around, causing another setback. Overall, it was a tough race, but I hope to enjoy the next one more.“
František Kaštovský:
„Qualifying went well, and I managed to set a strong lap at the right moment, putting me in 2nd place. In the first sprint, I was in the fight for victory and secured a 3rd place podium finish. In the second sprint, I unfortunately got caught in a multi-car crash, pushing me down the order. The third race in the rain was really interesting—I had good pace, but I lost a lot of time stuck behind slower drivers in a train, which cost me a chance to fight for another podium. Overall, I’m happy with our speed, and I hope to improve even more next time!“
Team Performance and Looking Ahead to the Final Round
A podium finish in the sprint races is a big positive, and the team aims to build on this success in the next races. The Toyota Online Racing 2025 championship will conclude with the final event at Road Atlanta in the USA on March 4, 2025, once again broadcast live on the Twitch channel of the organizer, Proesport.cz, and on O2 TV Sport.

JJ Racing Team vybojoval pódium v závodě na Okayamě v šampionátu Toyota Online Racing 2025
Šampionát Toyota Online Racing 2025 opět ukázal, proč patří mezi nejostřejší virtuální závodní série na české a slovenské scéně. Těsné souboje kolo na kolo, tvrdé kolize a nekompromisní závodní styl přinesly i tentokrát dramatické momenty, které vyvrcholily třemi sprintovými závody na japonském okruhu Okayama. V napínavých soubojích se o cenné body pral i JJ Racing Team, který si připsal další skvělé výsledky.
Napínavé sprinty a pódium pro JJ Racing Team
Závody na Okayamě přinesly nespočet tvrdých soubojů a několik velkých havárií, které ovlivnily šance na lepší umístění. František Kaštovský se v prvním sprintu dostal na pódium a dojel si pro skvělé 3. místo, zatímco ve třetím sprintu na mokré trati vybojoval pěkné 5. místo.
Zdeněk Hamák měl těžký start, když kvůli trestu z předchozího podniku startoval první sprint z posledního místa a byl následně vyřazen po kolizi se soupeřem. Ve zbývajících dvou sprintech se mu podařilo postupně získávat pozice a v druhém sprintu dokončil na 9. místě.
Třetí sprint navíc přinesl další výzvu – déšť, který způsobil nečekané incidenty a výrazně ovlivnil průběh závodu. Závodní pole se promíchalo, což znamenalo další souboje a nečekané momenty.

Komentáře jezdců: Závod plný dramatických momentů
Zdeněk Hamák:
„Start z posledního místa byl obrovskou nevýhodou, protože ve středu pole se jezdilo agresivně a bylo těžké se posunout dopředu. Bohužel soupeř do mě v prvním sprintu narazil a poslal mě do zdi, což znamenalo předčasný konec. Druhý závod byl opět náročný, ale podařilo se mi postupně získat několik pozic. Třetí závod na mokré trati byl extrémně těžký, snažil jsem se jet opatrně, ale kontakt se soupeřem mě roztočil a znamenal další ztrátu. Celkově to byl těžký závod, ale doufám, že příště si závod více užiju.“
František Kaštovský:
„Kvalifikace se mi povedla a ve správný moment jsem využil rozjeté kolo a dostal se na 2. místo. V prvním sprintu jsem se držel v boji o vítězství a nakonec mi to stačilo na 3. místo. Ve druhém sprintu jsem se bohužel dostal do hromadné kolize, která mě odsunula dozadu. Třetí závod v dešti byl hodně zajímavý, měl jsem dobrou rychlost, ale ztratil jsem spoustu času ve vláčku za pomalejšími jezdci, což mě stálo šanci bojovat o další pódium. Celkově ale spokojenost s tempem a doufám, že příště to bude ještě lepší!“
Týmový výkon a výhled do dalších závodů
Pódium ve sprintech je velkým pozitivem, na kterém chce tým stavět v dalších závodech. Toyota Online Racing 2025 pokračuje již posledním podnikem na okruhu Road Atlanta v USA, 4.3.2025, opět živě na Twitch kanále organizátora Proesport.cz nebo na O2 TV Sport.
